Part-145 Human Factors Initial

Part-145 Human Factors Initial

In aircraft maintenance, safety and quality are not driven by technical expertise alonehuman performance plays a critical role in every decision and action. Factors such as fatigue, stress, time pressure, and communication directly influence operational outcomes.

This initial training introduces the fundamental principles of Human Factors, enabling participants to understand, manage, and mitigate performance-related risks. By strengthening awareness of the human element, aviation professionals are equipped to enhance safety, improve decision-making, and maintain high operational standards in safety-critical environments.

Course Description

This Human Factors initial training provides a comprehensive introduction to the human aspects of aviation maintenance. It focuses on how performance-influencing factors—such as fatigue, distraction, miscommunication, and routine—can lead to errors and how these can be identified and controlled at an early stage.

Through practical examples and interactive learning elements, participants gain essential awareness of human performance limitations and develop a proactive approach to error management and safety culture.
