Part-145 Human Factors Recurrent

Part-145 Human Factors Recurrent

In aircraft maintenance, maintaining excellence requires continuous awareness of the human performance factors that influence daily operations. Elements such as fatigue, stress, time pressure, and communication remain critical contributors to both safe and efficient performance.

This Human Factors Recurrent Training is designed to reinforce existing knowledge, update awareness, and strengthen the ability to identify and manage human-related risks in safety-critical environments.

Course Description

This recurrent module revisits the fundamental principles of Human Factors in aviation maintenance, with a strong focus on real-world application and continuous improvement.

Participants will review key performance-influencing factors—including fatigue, distraction, miscommunication, and complacency—and examine how these contribute to errors. Emphasis is placed on recognition, prevention, and mitigation of human errors, aligned with current operational and regulatory expectations.

Through practical examples and interactive discussions, the training supports participants in maintaining a high level of safety awareness and professional responsibility.
