Course Description
This one-day recurrent training revisits and reinforces the core competencies of technical trainers in aviation maintenance.
Participants will review key principles of didactics, training methodology, and communication, while reflecting on their own training practices and experiences. The course places strong emphasis on practical application, using micro-teaching sessions, interactive exercises, and structured feedback to enhance instructional effectiveness.
